CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

You must be 18 to engage in transactions on the Website. When you do so, you may be asked for a credit card number. All financial transactions related to donations take place only on secure servers. Electronic communication of credit card information is sent only in a secured or encrypted format.

If you are making a payment (donation), we may ask for your credit card number and billing address. If you decline to provide requested information, our ability to serve you may be limited. Your credit card information is considered completely confidential. Your credit card information is just needed to process the payment (donation) through a payment gateway which facilitates the transfer of information between our Website and acquiring bank. Neither Helpi, nor the payment gateway (in other words an e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes credit card payments) does collect, store, or process your credit card information. We strive to be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

DONOR PRIVACY INFORMATION

In order to fulfill our mission, we need you to provide a certain amount of information necessary to make a donation. This information covers your credit card information (e.g. credit card number, expiration date, card verification number) as well as other personal details as your first name, last name, e-mail ID, phone number and address. As we already mentioned above in Credit Card Information section of this Privacy Policy, neither Helpi, nor the payment gateway used make a donation on our Website does collect your credit card information. If you wish to stay anonymous, you can make your donation anonymously and we guarantee you that your PII and other personal details provided will not be disclosed.

Helpi will not sell, trade or share a donor’s PII, including their name, phone number, email, or physical address with non-Helpi third parties nor will it send donors mailings on behalf of other unrelated organizations. This Privacy policy applies to all information received by Helpi, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written or oral communication. Helpi does not usually use any third-party vendors to manage and process donor information. If Helpi need to use services of third-party vendors to manage and process any donor information, then these vendors will be bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

If you (as a user) agree to disclose your name, full name or nick name together with your donation amount, Helpi will disclose and attach this information to the specific project you have donated. In case, that you don’t agree to disclose this information on our website www.helpi.org, you may easily opt-out anytime and make a donation anonymously.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
